| 1. Participants must
be active members of Chapter P (on phonetree) to be eligible
for awards.
2. Participants must ride their bike to
the meeting to log their miles.
3. Mileage comes directly from
odometer (no guesstimates allowed).
4. If monthly meeting is
missed, mileage is averaged from last meeting attended.
(Example: If a participant logs miles in Jan. then doesn't log miles
again till April, miles are divided by 3 (Months) to determine mileage for the month of April).
5. If a participant has more than
one motorcycle, he/she can log miles for both bikes
as long as he/she rides one to the meeting. Couples can not log miles
of both bikes as one, they must log their own miles separately.
